From now on, <strong>a sale contract<\/strong> or <strong>a reservation contract (VEFA)<\/strong> signed before that date will suffice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The notarial deed may be executed up to September 30, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Finance Minister Gilles Roth, this measure was designed to take account of banking and notarial delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcb6<strong> Tax incentives concerned by the technical extension<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following features will be maintained if the compromise is signed on time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- <strong>Rental tax credit:<\/strong> 20,000\u20ac per individual<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- <strong>Registration fees:<\/strong> tax base reduced by half<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- <strong>Accelerated depreciation:<\/strong> 6 %<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- <strong>Capital gains:<\/strong> taxation reduced to a quarter of the overall rate<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- <strong>Tax exemption:<\/strong> for capital gains reinvested in social rental housing or A+ buildings<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u26a0\ufe0f Le <strong>\"B\u00ebllegen Akt\" tax credit<\/strong> for the purchase of a principal residence remains at <strong>40 000 \u20ac<\/strong> per individual <strong>but is not affected<\/strong> by this new bill.
