Here are the details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca1<strong> A boost for the construction sector<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">According to Prime Minister <strong>Luc Frieden<\/strong>, this extension is a direct response to the return of demand on the ground. <strong>\u201cNot to hinder the momentum that benefits the construction sector\u201d<\/strong> is the priority of the Council of Government, which emphasizes the importance of these measures in supporting a positive economic dynamic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcb6<strong> Tax credit \"B\u00ebllegen Akt\" increased<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The main focus is on <strong>le B\u00ebllegen Akt<\/strong>, a tax credit that is benefiting from a significant increase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u20ac40,000 per individual<\/strong> for the acquisition of a principal residence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>3.5% instead of the 7% registration fee<\/strong> for the acquisition of a principal residence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u20ac20,000 per individual<\/strong> for rental investments, particularly for housing under construction (VEFA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These measures reduce acquisition costs, making property purchases more affordable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcc9<strong> Extension of other tax incentives<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Other provisions have also been retained: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>The tax on real estate capital gains<\/strong> for sales remains <strong>reduced to 10%<\/strong> instead of the usual 20%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>The accelerated depreciation at 6%<\/strong> per year over a period of six years is extended for rental housing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">These financial incentives will apply <strong>until June 30, 2025<\/strong>, pending their final approval by the Chamber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Don't miss out on these tax opportunities!
