From <strong>October 1, 2024<\/strong> to <strong>June 30, 2025<\/strong>, <strong>registration fees<\/strong> will be cut in half, dropping <strong>from 7% to 3.5%<\/strong> for property acquisitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>\ud83d\udca1 Who is concerned by this reduction?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><br>This measure applies to <strong>existing properties<\/strong> as well as <strong>off-plan sales (VEFA)<\/strong>. Whether you're buying for a <strong>primary residence<\/strong> or as an <strong>investment<\/strong>, you can benefit from this significant reduction. It\u2019s a great opportunity to boost activity in a tight real estate market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>\ud83d\udcdd Supplement to \"B\u00ebllegen Akt\"<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><br>The <strong>B\u00ebllegen Akt<\/strong> remains in effect until <strong>December 31, 2024<\/strong>, offering a <strong>tax credit of \u20ac40,000<\/strong> per person for a <strong>primary residence<\/strong>, and <strong>\u20ac20,000 for investments<\/strong>. After <strong>January 1<\/strong>, 2025, these amounts will be revised to <strong>\u20ac30,000<\/strong> per person for a primary residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>\ud83d\udcca Illustration in figures: a concrete example<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><br>Let\u2019s take the example of a couple signing the purchase of a house worth <strong>\u20ac1 million on October 9, 2024<\/strong>. Thanks to the reduction, their <strong>registration fees<\/strong> drop to <strong>\u20ac35,000<\/strong> (compared to <strong>\u20ac70,000<\/strong> under the previous rate). On top of that, with the <strong>B\u00ebllegen Akt<\/strong>, they benefit from a <strong>\u20ac80,000 tax credit<\/strong>, which fully covers their fees.
