Prices are taken from notarized deeds<\/strong>carefully analyzed by the Observatoire de l'Habitat in collaboration with the Administration de l'Enregistrement et des Domaines.The 5% extremes (lowest and highest) are excluded in order to provide representative range of prices per m\u00b2.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VAT for properties under construction (VEFA) is recalculated at a rate of 3%, within the limit of \u20ac50,000 in tax benefits, for a clear and accurate estimate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
