Precise terms for the return of this guarantee have also been introduced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>\ud83d\udcc8 Limiting rent increases<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Rent increases will be limited to 10% every two years, offering greater cost predictability for tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>\ud83d\udcdc Requirement for a written lease<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">All residential lease contracts must be drawn up in writing, and include compulsory information, in particular compliance with the legal annual rent ceiling (5% of the capital invested).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\"><strong>\ud83d\udc6b Colocation regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">Specific provisions have been introduced for shared tenancy, including a \u201csingle tenancy contract\u201d and a tenancy agreement to formalize aspects of communal living. A three-month notice period is required for any tenant wishing to leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">These changes are designed to better protect tenants and create a fairer framework.
