to \u20ac40,000 per individual (retroactive to 2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:15px\">&nbsp;- Rental investment: New tax credit of \u20ac20,000 per individual for VEFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\ud83c\udfe1 <strong>Measures for private individuals :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph
