Hier die Einzelheiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca1<strong> Ein Impuls f\u00fcr die Baubranche<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Laut Premierminister <strong>Luc Frieden<\/strong> ist diese Verl\u00e4ngerung eine direkte Reaktion auf die R\u00fcckkehr der Nachfrage auf dem Land. <strong>\"Den f\u00fcr den Bausektor n\u00fctzlichen Schwung nicht bremsen\"<\/strong>, so lautet die Priorit\u00e4t des Regierungsrats, der die Bedeutung dieser Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr die Konsolidierung einer positiven Wirtschaftsdynamik betont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcb6<strong> Steuergutschrift B\u00ebllegen Akt erh\u00f6ht<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Der Hauptfokus liegt auf <strong>dem B\u00ebllegen Akt<\/strong>, einer Steuergutschrift, die eine deutliche Erh\u00f6hung erf\u00e4hrt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>40.000 \u20ac pro nat\u00fcrliche Person<\/strong> f\u00fcr den Erwerb eines Hauptwohnsitzes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>3,5% statt 7% Registrierungsgeb\u00fchr <\/strong>f\u00fcr den Erwerb eines Hauptwohnsitzes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>20.000 \u20ac pro nat\u00fcrliche Person<\/strong> f\u00fcr Mietinvestitionen, insbesondere f\u00fcr im Bau befindliche Wohnungen (VEFA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen senken die Erwerbskosten und machen den Immobilienkauf erschwinglicher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcc9<strong> Verl\u00e4ngerung anderer Steueranreize<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auch andere Bestimmungen werden beibehalten: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Die Kapitalertragssteuer auf Immobilien,<\/strong> f\u00fcr Verk\u00e4ufe bleibt <strong>auf 10 %<\/strong> statt der \u00fcblichen 20 % gesenkt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Die beschleunigte Abschreibung auf 6 % <\/strong> pro Jahr \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von sechs Jahren wird f\u00fcr Wohnungen, die zur Vermietung bestimmt sind, verl\u00e4ngert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Diese finanziellen Anreize werden <strong>bis zum 30.
